Opening a Martonecycling.eu Account
To open a Martonecycling.eu account, please click on My Account on the top right of the page, or sign up when you are ready to place and order. An account offers you a safe and easy way to order. It also allows you to receive emails about your order. You can also opt to receive martonecycling.com newsletters and website updates, such as new product and promotions.
Benefits of Registering
Having a Martonecycling.eu account offers you an easier and faster way to place your orders. Customize your account preferences and the have the ability to save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you to access your order history. Your password ensures that you will only have access to the information to your account.

Checking Order Status
When shopping on Martonecycling.eu, items added to your shopping cart will remain there until they are purchased, sold out or removed from your session. When you are ready to purchase, you can view your shipping bag and proceed to check out. If you are registered with Martonecycling.eu your shipping and billing information is saved, which will facilitate a quicker checkout. You can track your order history in the My Account (link) section of the website. Please note that all orders require a one to two business day processing period. All orders are processed during the normal Martonecycling.eu business hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. Once your order has been submitted you will receive and email notification indicating receipt of your order. You will receive a subsequent email indicating your order has been shipped with the tracking information. Thank you for your understanding.
VAT
In accordance with current regulations, VAT tax is automatically applied to your Martonecycling.eu order if your shipping address is in the state of New York. By purchasing goods from Martonecycling.eu, you agree that the offer and sale of the items takes place in and will be governed by French law. You also agree that any legal claim against Martonecycling.eu related to your purchase must be brought to the courts of Paris (France), and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Promotional Codes
For promotional codes that pertain to martonecycling.com, you must enter it in the Promo Code box at checkout when you are ready to make your purchase. Promotion codes cannot be used to purchase Virtual Gift Certificates. Only one promotion code can be used per order, codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions apply.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
To cancel or change an order, please contact customer service at: europe@martonecycling.com. Martonecycling.eu will do its best to accommodate your request. If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, please place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship the multiple orders together, but unfortunately there will be sometimes that we cannot accommodate this circumstance and orders might have to be shipped separately.

Shipping Options
Martonecycling.eu Europe currently ships to the 27 EU member countries. We ship with DHL which requires a signature. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

Do the bikes come already assembled?
Bikes come in boxes 80% assembled. The pedals, front wheel, saddle, kickstand and handlebar need to be assembled - Martone Cycling Co recommends you take your bike to a bike store to be assembled by a professional mechanic.
The process is not complicated to do - but only a professional can guarantee that your bike is safe to ride. A mechanic can also adjust the height of the saddle perfectly to your size - making the ride even more comfortable.
When you choose the delivery address, if you have a preferred bike store where you’d like us to ship you bike - let us know it’s a bike store.
All charges related to assembly are at your cost and vary from mechanic to mechanic. In our experience, prices range from about 40 to 80€ - depending on location.
Once again: Martone Cycling Co. recommends you do NOT assemble your bike on your own - we understand it is an extra expense - but it is once in your bike's life time – and we care about your comfort and safety!
Return Policy
Please note that items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email europe@martonecycling.com as soon as possible. A return code will be provided along with shipping instructions. All merchandise must be returned unused in its original condition with all tickets attached with a copy of your invoice with reason for return. All orders must be received back within 14 days of the receipt of goods for a refund. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. We will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase the items.
How do I Exchange an Item
If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please contact europe@martonecycling.com as soon as possible and follow the instructions in the Return Policy. Any price difference will be charged or refunded onto your credit card.TERMS OF USE

No charge is made for the general use of the Site unless you purchase merchandise through our Site.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Site.
Placing an Order
On the Shop Online page, you will be able to choose the type of product, size of the product and quantity of the product. Once you have made your selections, click on the “Add to Cart” button and the product(s) will then be placed in your shopping bag. In the shopping bag, you will be able to change the quantity, delete items from your bag, and update your bag. If you're ready to complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be prompted to provide your billing information, shipping information, shipping method and payment information. You will also have the option to log-in as an account holder or to create an account in which your information may be saved to be used for future purchases. If you log-in as a registered user, you will also have the opportunity to update your information.

Registration and Security
By purchasing merchandise on our Site, you are representing to us that you are authorized to use the credit card or other form of payment you submit (if any). We use third parties to facilitate payment transactions and you should review such third party terms and conditions before entering into any transaction. We are not liable or responsible for such third party transactions.
If any part of our Site requires a login or password, then such login and password are for your personal use only. You may not reveal your login or password to anyone else or permit anyone to use you login or password to access the particular area of the Site. You are responsible for maintain the confidentiality and security of your login and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately when the security of your login or password has been breached.
Public Forums and Your Submissions
The Site may provide chat rooms, forums, message boards, blog feeds, or other interactive forums (the “Interactive Forums”). By uploading, publishing, modifying or displaying User Content on any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), transmit, and distribute such User Content for any purpose on or in connection with the Site.
Furthermore, you represent and warrant that your User Content will not contain any material that:

Your use of any Interactive Forum is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, and you agree not to violate such laws and regulations. In addition, you agree that:

You agree that these Terms and our rights hereunder may be assigned, in whole or in part, by us or our affiliate to any third party, in our sole discretion, including an assignment in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of substantially all of our assets, or otherwise, in whole or in part. You may not assign, sublicense, or delegate your rights hereunder.
The formation, construction and interpretation of these Terms shall be controlled by the laws of the State of New York, giving no effect to choice of law provisions. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the County of New York, State of New York, U.S.A., and the parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
